Rustic 80-year old authentic country cabin between Ingram and Hunt right on the river – private patio is directly on a quiet, beautiful part of the Guadalupe River, cabin is about one minute up the hill. Patio has six kayaks, rope swing, firepit, table, chairs and a ladder to get in/out of the cool, crisp water. Cabin has two bedrooms and two sets of bunk beds in living room area, for a total of nine beds, including two small sleeper sofa beds for kids – total of 8 guests welcome at the nightly rate shown on Airbnb and VRBO sites, or maximum of 10 guests with slight additional charge per extra guest. Extra-large dining tables inside cabin, out on screened porch and another one on deck outside can all seat 8-10. Pets are always welcome with additional charge of $40 per stay for extra cleaning. Generally super quiet and peaceful, nature all around, beautiful star-gazing at night. Property is located right on river near Vista Camps, about 4-5 minutes from Ingram, 10-12 minutes from Kerrville, 5-7 minutes from Hunt, and approximately 30-45 minutes from Fredericksburg.
