Convention Services in Kerrville

The CVB will host the meeting planner for site visits in and around Kerrville to view accommodations, facilities, and attractions. We will provide the required information and materials to assist in the decision process.

The CVB can solicit individual proposals from facilities for your review and coordinate bid proposals and presentations.

The CVB staff is extremely knowledgeable about Kerrville and the surrounding areas and can help suggest, plan and execute activities such as spouse/children’s programs and social/sporting events. We can help by suggesting entertainment options and local speakers who are knowledgeable in a wide variety of topics. Brochures and other literature can be provided to increase awareness of Kerrville prior to your event. Customized mailers can be provided to you for your delegation. Kerrville logos, slides and photographs that can be used in your promotional items are available as well.

News releases, news conferences, press kits, letters of invitation and welcome addresses can be arranged through the CVB.

REGISTRATION ITEMS

The CVB has available a variety of registration assistance plans to choose from. Whether your group requires blank name badges and holders, registration processing, badge printing or on-site registration assistance, the CVB will meet your group’s needs.

The CVB has an attractive portfolio that can be distributed to your attendees on-site with additional Kerrville guides and maps, as well as on-site registration materials you choose to insert. As an alternative, your group may desire the use of a colorful plastic “Welcome Bag” which includes Kerrville brochures, your on-site registration materials and a ‘thank you’ packet of bluebonnet seeds.
