Located just outside Kerrville’s city limits, this multipurpose spacious campus is great for hosting events of all kinds year round. From a 20,000 sq’ air conditioned exhibit hall, a 47,000 sq’ concrete floor vaulted ceiling barn, an indoor and outdoor riding arena, climate controlled meeting rooms, and a 7.81 acre park your event is sure to be a success. Large asphalt parking lot and convenient loading docks add to the campus attractiveness even more. Tables, chairs, and up to a 12’x32’x2.8’ stage available for lease. Outside caterers and alcohol, no glass, allowed with security and server requirements at lessees expense. Great discounts offered for community events with registered 501(c)3 groups.
